The D Hive fueled by Rita’s Catering is an exciting activation space where employees can take a break, relax with co-workers, and enjoy delicious gourmet offerings such as breakfast items, farm fresh salads, power bowls, hot soups, premium sandwiches, fresh roasted coffee and espresso drinks. The D Hive is open Monday-Friday 8:00 am-3:00 pm and located at 800 District Ave.
The District Burlington features an 8,000 SF state of the art fitness center and the OMMM Space, an 1,112 SF Yoga and Meditation Studio. In partnership with EXOS, the facility, staffed with a full time Fitness Manager, offers on-site programs and services that bring movement, mindset, nutrition, and recovery to upgrade the lives of The District Burlington tenants. Daily group exercise classes are offered such as Zumba, Yoga, Step Aerobics and High-Intensity Boot camps. During the COVID pandemic, EXOS huddled to produce and provide remote services including virtual fitness classes, one-on-one digital coaching, 12-week personalized exercise programs, cooking demos promoting healthy meals & recipes, rejuvenating recovery sessions, and mid-day stretch breaks. The Roof Deck is an open amenity and seasonally available for tenant employees to enjoy. Open from 8:00AM to 6:00PM, Monday – Friday, the Roof Deck includes an outdoor television, a fire pit, a high top bar and grill area, tables and seating where employees can enjoy their lunch, take a break or sit back and enjoy the views. Tenants can also reserve the Roof Deck for after-hour functions.
