The best way to address a maintenance problem in your space is to submit a work order.

Shuttle Service

The District Burlington participates in the Middlesex3 Coalition’s Ride Share Program which runs from Alewife Station (MBTA Red Line) in Cambridge to The District, with pick up and drop off at Building 100 and the south entrance of Building 800. Please see the schedule for more information including fees. Sign up at rideshare.ecommuter.org. For help signing up, or any further questions, please contact jepstein@transactionassoc.com. Registered members can also take advantage of the Emergency Ride Home Program and access to an online carpool database.

Fitness Center

The District Burlington features an 8,000 SF state of the art fitness center and the OMMM Space, an 1,112 SF Yoga and Meditation Studio. In partnership with EXOS, the facility, staffed with a full time Fitness Manager, offers on-site programs and services that bring movement, mindset, nutrition, and recovery to upgrade the lives of The District Burlington tenants. Daily group exercise classes are offered such as Zumba, Yoga, Step Aerobics and High-Intensity Boot camps. During the COVID pandemic, EXOS huddled to produce and provide remote services including virtual fitness classes, one-on-one digital coaching, 12-week personalized exercise programs, cooking demos promoting healthy meals & recipes, rejuvenating recovery sessions, and mid-day stretch breaks. Roof Deck

The Roof Deck is an open amenity and seasonally available for tenant employees to enjoy. Open from 8:00AM to 6:00PM, Monday – Friday, the Roof Deck includes an outdoor television, a fire pit, a high top bar and grill area, tables and seating where employees can enjoy their lunch, take a break or sit back and enjoy the views. Tenants can also reserve the Roof Deck for after-hour functions. To reserve the roof deck for a private tenant company event, please contact the Management office at districtburlington@natdev.com for details.

EV Charging System

Charging Stations are located on the 1st level of the Parking Garage at 2400 District Ave and the 1st level of the Parking Garage at 800 District Ave. For more information, download the PDF.
